Most consultants and advisors are full of ideas, but suck at getting things done. You don’t need more ideas. You need people who can lead and execute and get sh!t done.weitzmanGTM works with early-stage and medium-sized businesses to BUILD and EXECUTE GTM experiments to create pipeline and accelerate sales.

Ideas are a dime a dozen. Go read LinkedIn and you will find 100 great ideas that make you say "I should try that."The magic isn't the idea. The magic is deciding where to focus and running the tests. The magic is actually getting it all done while keeping the lights on. To see what actually works, doubling down on what does and discarding what doesn't.
I am really good at building and executing GTM plans that generate pipeline and sales.I get sh!t done.
I work with CEOs to build and execute effective data-driven GTM processes that drive growth.
I love what I do and always follow the POP principles (Passionate, Optimistic, Perseverance).
25+ years of learning (success and failure) and leading large enterprises and emerging growth companies through different growth stages, including $0-$3M, $5-$50M, and $100M-$200M+.
Experience across various industries including B2B SaaS, technology, insurance, consulting, and data.
Chair of Pavilion GTM Fractional / Consultant / Advisor group
Founded PORCH, an exclusive club for international entrepreneurs with my son Hunter, where we support founders on their journey.
What I believe:
I’m good, but not perfect. I know I don’t know everything. I leverage trusted partners and community networks when I come across a task where their expertise exceeds my own or to get another point of view.
Everyone has their own challenges. People deserve an honest and caring approach to help them succeed. No fluff, no bull, no fancy sales talk. Just honest and transparent discussion.
My "say/do" is 100. If I say I will do something, I do it 100% of the time.

A fractional CRO is a senior revenue leader and in-seat GTM operator who works with your company to own and improve revenue strategy, execution, and outcomes, without the cost or risk of a full time hire. Generally the only difference between a fractional chief revenue officer and a full-time one is the amount of time spent with the business. A true fractional CRO gets their hands dirty and get sh!t done.
This is a traditional advisor role focused on GTM (sales, marketing, customer success, etc all the things that impact your go-to-market). I meet with you on a regular cadence and provide advice and coaching for your business as required.
Revenue driving early stage companies, startups, small businesses and growth stage teams with sales, marketing, or RevOps gaps. Venture Backed companies, Private Equity back companies looking to improve.
Pre-revenue companies. B2C companies.
Primarily B2B SaaS, AI, services, and tech enabled companies. These industries can benefit from my experience as well as my network.
Engagement & Structure
Engagements are structured around an agreed to set of priorities and focus areas. As “fractional” means not full-time, we do need to be aligned on areas to improve in priority order. This is generally done through a diagnosis. in Phase 1 of an engagement.
We do not track hours. The engagement is retainer-based and built on trust and outcomes. That said, a general expectation will be set on approx the # of days per week dedicated to the business.
Most engagements last between 3-9 months. The goal is to build durable systems, not create dependency.
Yes, but only a limited number. I intentionally cap engagements to ensure deep focus and real impact.
Scope, Responsibilities & Impact
Revenue strategy, sales process, GTM alignment, forecasting, enablement, pipeline health, and cross functional execution. See here for a list of topics covered .
Yes. I often act as the interim sales leader, managing reps, setting expectations, coaching, and holding the team accountable.
Yes. Revenue only works when sales, marketing, and operations are aligned. I focus heavily on that connective tissue.
Yes and Yes. I will recommend the right engagement model based on your needs. Fractional CRO engagements are fully hands on and get sh!t done. I build, fix, and run alongside your team while also elevating leadership thinking. I am not a consultant that comes in, creates a plan, and leaves. GTM Advisor engagements are advisory only.
This can vary of course by business. We will discuss this in our first discussion. People who make you guarantees on results are people you should run away from very quickly. My only guarantee is my absolute best efforts to do everything in my power to help your company improve.
I can help with recruiting, hiring and onboarding across GTM teams.
Logistics & Next Steps
For Fractional CRO engagements: each engagement is custom built for your needs, but a typical engagement is approx 1 day a week for 3 months or 2 days a week for 6 months.
For GTM Advisor engagements: a typical engagement is a couple hours a week of meetings and unlimited asynchronous discussions on slack, text, etc.
Pricing depends on scope and time commitment. After an initial conversation, I’ll recommend a structure that makes sense for you.
A short intro call to understand your goals, challenges, and whether there is a strong fit on both sides. Let’s Chat!
Yes. Most Fractional CRO and GTM Advisory engagements start with a 3 month minimum to ensure meaningful impact.
