What is a fractional CRO?

A fractional CRO is a senior revenue leader and in-seat GTM operator who works with your company to own and improve revenue strategy, execution, and outcomes, without the cost or risk of a full-time hire. Generally the only difference between a fractional CRO and a full-time one is the amount of time spent with the business. A true fractional CRO gets their hands dirty and gets sh!t done.

For Fractional CRO engagements, each is custom-built for your needs, but a typical engagement is about 1 day a week for 3 months or 2 days a week for 6 months. For GTM Advisor engagements, a typical engagement is a couple of hours a week of meetings plus unlimited asynchronous discussion on Slack and text. Pricing depends on scope and time commitment. After an initial conversation, I'll recommend a structure that makes sense.
